LA ESTANCIA:
“Tierras Blancas” Its name comes from the volcanic domes around the valley, extending to the high mountains, between the Yaucha and Gateado creeks.
Tierras Blancas is located 140 km south from Mendoza city, in the department of San Carlos.
The main activities are forestation, agriculture, ranching and tourism.
A big extension of land its part of the provincial preserve of “Laguna del Diamante”.
Tierras Blancas has a total area of 30.000 hectares (about 74000 acres) extended from the even until the Andes mountains.
The ranch house is placed at 1400 ms above see level, aside the Yaucha creek.
There are poplar forest, potato and rosemary cultivation, forage for sheep and horse herd, well bread in 2000 hectares with wired fence.
La Limeña:Our gests house its set on the edge of el Gateado creek, 2 km away from the ranch house, about 1500 ms above see level.
Has 4 rooms, two of them with private bathroom.
Ranchos Viejos:
8 km away from the ranch house about 1900 ms above see level, here its set a “Puesto”
(stall), an oasis with spring water and cattle breeding.
The mountain shelter, accessible only on horseback. It has a dinning room and a sleeping room
